Peak Sports will accept returns of items purchased new accompanied with a proof of purchase and original tags and packaging intact within 30 days of purchase. Items in good condition that no longer have original packaging intact will be credited with 50% of the price paid. Guests are responsible for shipping costs. Packaging and condition of returned items are considered at the sole discretion of the Peak Sports shipping department. All refunds will be issued 1-2 days after items have been delivered. Please allow up to 5 business days for bank processing before the refund is issued to your account. This policy does not apply to warranty items or any items that present a health or safety risk.
Due to state health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on swimwear or underwear. Due to safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns on climbing hardware or ropes.

Warranty is provided by the manufacturer. If we are able to verify your warranty without contacting the manufacturer, we will issue you a 100% refund. If we are unable to verify your warranty prior to contacting the manufacturer, we will work to resolve the warranty on your behalf in a timely manner. All items returned due to warranty within the designated return policy time will be issued a new product or 100% of the price paid. Guests are responsible for shipping costs. Warranties of items originally purchased at Peak Sports are considered at the sole discretion of the Peak Sports warranty department in conjunction with manufacturer warranty guidelines.
