Peak Sports has been an independently owned and operated outdoor store and bike shop in Corvallis Oregon since 1972. Our mission is to ensure that you have a wonderful shopping experience at Peak Sports. It is our goal to provide all customers with the knowledge, equipment, and resources needed for all of your outdoor adventures.

Policies

Peak sports will make every effort to ensure our customer’s satisfaction.

Returns

Peak sports will gladly accept returns on non-sale items accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of the purchase date. We will gladly print you a gift receipt, just ask.

Items must have all original tags attached and packaging intact to ensure that the item has not been used and clothing has not been worn.

It the above requirements are met, we offer:

Holiday Returns

Christmas exchanges/returns will be accepted until February 1.

Non Returnable Items

Due to State Health Regulations Peak Sports is unable to accept returns on swim-wear or underwear.

Due to safety concerns we are unable to accept returns on climbing hardware and ropes.

Warranty

Warranty is provided by the manufacturers.  Peak Sports must return defective merchandise to them. The manufacturer will repair or replace the item at their discretion. All garments returned for warranty must be freshly laundered by the customer. Please be sure to always follow care instructions on garments when cleaning or laundering!

Layaways

Layaways require 1/3 deposit, and must be paid in full within 60 days.  Peak Sports is unable to offer a refund on layaways after the initial 30 days.

Special Orders

Special Orders do not qualify for return, exchange or credit.
